You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using ChartReader, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data without written permission;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service content or outputs;
- Interfere with the Service's security, integrity, or performance;
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or paywalls;
- Use the Service to generate signals for commercial redistribution without a license.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Prices may change; we will notify you in advance of any material change. Continued use of paid features after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
ChartReader, including all software, AI models, designs, logos, text, graphics, and compiled data, is the property of ChartReader or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
6. AI Outputs
Outputs generated by our AI engines are provided “as is.” You may use them for personal decision-making but not for unauthorized commercial redistribution. We retain no ownership claims over the raw input you provide (e.g., uploaded charts) beyond what is required to operate the Service.
7. Third-Party Services & Data
The Service integrates with or aggregates data from third-party providers (market data, news, blockchain, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of third-party services. Use of linked services is subject to their respective terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartReader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChartReader from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChartReader is established, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
